3 Best Roofing Contractors in Kent, WA

Chet’s Roofing did an absolutely outstanding job for me. The pricing was competitive, the workers were polite and efficient, and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. My roof looks great and several neighbors have stopped by to ask who did the work. I used Chet’s in the past for a porch, addition and referred them to several friends over the years. Everyone’s been very happy with their work. I will never hire anybody else.

They tacked my roof with professionalism and speed. Started at 8:00 am and finished the same day. I haven’t seen that kind of precision in construction, where something is always not what was anticipated. They had to rearrange their plan when it came to a skylight in the middle of a drain area of the roof. It came out fabulous and they didn’t charge me for the extra time. They tackled the clean-up like their kids would be playing in the yard. And, no broken plants.

This was more than a straight roof job. This roof has ten skylights. All skylights had to be raised to meet code. During the process, due to the age. Seven had to be replaced. They arrived on Monday and finished Wednesday. They left no mess, damage or problems. Easy to work with and very professional. I'm glad we went with Chet's. It was the right choice. I recommend for comfort and piece mind. Call Chet's.

I had RoofSmart handle a repair for a leaking roof jack around my range hood vent earlier this year and they were spectacular from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work was outstanding. What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair correctly the first time. The crew was courteous, efficient, and left everything clean when they were done. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great customer service with true craftsmanship, but RoofSmart absolutely delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement work.

Professional from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations for engineering focus, timeline, value, and quality of work, Omar was fantastic at the final inspection. Found issues with the solar installation that I had not been able to inspect at the time. Annette was a great representative for the company and helped throughout.

RoofSmart did a great job for us on our house and ADU building. Prior to contracting with them for a new roof and gutter guards, I discovered exterior arched trusses that were failing due to age/water damage. RoofSmart came up with an approach to replace the two trusses. They templated the exact dimensions of the existing trusses, and worked with us to re-roof what they could and stage the remaining portion to coincide with the truss replacement. The on-site team was GREAT, and literally did a surgical remove/replace of the failing trusses with minimal de-construct/demolition of the roof structure. The result looks great. Very professional team, kept us informed and aware of progress and how they were handling any issues as they came up. Would hire them again if i ever need another roof.
