I want to thank all from Marlatt's who helped get my sisters and me through the passing of our mother. First off, having a plan set up beforehand, with certain things picked out, such as a casket and where we decided to bury her completed in advance made things much easier when the time came. All we had to do is call Marlatt's after our mother left this world and they took care of everything. Kim Brown was amazing at every step of the way. He was at the hospital to take our mother and had her looking beautiful for the ones whom wanted to see her for a last time. He was there for the service and the burial. I cannot express the gratitude I have for your service Kim. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me and my family. Thank you to Kim and all at Marlatt's for your professionalism, kindness and patience to get us through one of the hardest things one has to face, saying good bye, for now, to someone we love. The process was very simple and they helped to make the transition without my loved one so much easier than expected. The staff was professional and caring, and was available to help me with any questions I had.
