I had a wonderful experience with Robin ( the manager) a couple of weeks ago. She is the 3rd manager I've dealt with at this faculty. I told her about this ghost charge, which had been haunting my account for months. I've never run into a disrespectful manager at Public Storage, but Robin went the extra mile to ensure the issue would be resolved one way or another. either an explanation or a removal of the charge. I received a call from Robin the other day explaining that the charges had been removed from my account. In this day and age, I call this outstanding customer service.

My experience was wonderful especially with a great deal from a wonderful worker name Charisse who just made my day. She was really sweet and was able to see if she can help me out with any deals with my monthly payments and she did. I was really happy that I was able to have her to help me out with this issue. She was not only helpful with this situation, but she also had great customer service. She also made my husband very happy. Love this lady!.

Robin is the best! I set up the storage rental online and when I came to move in Robin was helpful and kind. The facility was clean and safe and exactly as advertised. Move out could not have been more simple and Robin’s customer service made it stress-free. I would still be a customer if I hadn’t moved so far away!.

Love the ease of signing up! We have had a unit here for about a year and just got a second unit. Donald is amazing and very helpful! He always helps with whatever we need and is friendly and polite. He gives very clear explanations as well which we really appreciate! I’ve recommended this location to friends and family because it’s the best experience we’ve had so far with a storage facility.

I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. The process was quick and smooth—everything was straightforward and hassle-free. The facility is clean, well-organized, and easy to access. Marlo in customer service was especially nice and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient and reliable storage solution!.

It's always pleasant to rent a unit with safeguard. The environment is always clean. The management is caring and friendly. I have couple years experience renting there. Thank you Kassie , thanks to your assistant. Hope to see you again soon. I would like the supervisor to work on the container loading fees and the loading time as well.
