Nick was very kind from the moment he knock on my door introduced himself with a strong hand shake and a smile and I appreciate that. He was very attentive listening to my concerns and sprayed and placed bait on problem areas though I would have wanted more guidance on what to do after treatment he was very empathetic to my concerns and would make sure to spray one areas that worry me like the cabinets underneath the bathroom sink. He took about one hour with the whole treatment. Also their customer service is very attentive.

Mr. Giles Larson was very professional and friendly. Did great with my kids being around him while he worked, even gave them a goodie bag. I never have an issue when it comes to bamboo service and there employees. Great company to consider when looking for a pest control contractor.

Great first time experience with Dan our technician. He gave a very detailed explanation of what he was doing and we toured around my roof where the wasps love to make nests. Hoping this service will prevent their return!.

Customer for almost a year and these guys are experts in their field. I’m a restaurateur and took over a restaurant that had fruit fly issues and within the first visit they started disappearing and after a couple of visits they are gone with the wind so “Thanks” to Eric and Shane for doing their thing!!.

I've never had to call for this service but if you need to call Orkin. Very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. After the initial service they come out periodically to follow up. Would highly recommend.
