Wanted to buy a couch as we've just moved into our new home and bought one! The process was easy and the store is very clean. We had the pleasure of having Anthony as our sales rep and he really helped us out in picking the right one. He even moved a chaise from one side of the store to the other in order to see if it would match. We ended up purchasing a sofa, ottoman and chaise for the same price as one sofa from the other big brand stores. I will definitely recommend everyone to here and will be back in the future.

As soon as my dad and I walked in, Kristy was very pleasant and helpful when she approached us. We had never been in a Rooms to go before and she explained how everything works without hovering too much. We ended up getting a living room set and bedroom set, and she told us how we can even mix and match stuff. It was a great deal and I will definitely be coming back for some things! If you go to this location, you should definitely ask for Kristy!

Phenomenal experience start to finish. Larry was the associate who guided us around the store answering any questions we needed. Smooth process and great deals as well. Would recommend to anyone and will continue to shop here.

When we purchased our new sofa and coffee table, Isabelle went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Her knowledge of the products and friendly demeanor made us feel confident in our choices. It was clear that she truly cares about her customers and ensures they have a great experience. We’re thrilled about our new furniture and grateful for Isabelle’s outstanding assistance.

Wow, what a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture with Jay and Isabelle. They were fun, helpful, knowledgeable and just made our day. I do think that someone might need to purchase Jay a new computer because his just wasn’t working, I felt bad for him!! I really can’t wait to get all of my beautiful furniture. Thanks Jay and Isabelle your service was amazing.

Bought furniture from American Freight years ago and decided to go back because of the sturdy and durable furniture. Richard met us at the door. He greeted us and was very attentive to us. The warehouse is stocked with eye catching furniture. I recommend American Freight for affordable and durable furniture.

Great customer service! Richard was so helpful with showing us the refrigerator we wanted. He pulled it out and went over all the “dents” since the fridge we chose was in their scratch and dent section. He explained the option of a warranty, which we purchased. They wrapped it nice and tight and loaded it right into our truck. 100% would we buy from them again.

Our whole experience at American Freight Furniture was excellent. Richard was very attentive and immediately helped us find what we needed. He made our whole moving process much smoother. Definitely recommend.
