Had a bad experience at another Toyota dealership and didn’t get my hopes up going into Chatham Toyota, but I was pleasantly surprised. They treated us with respect. They were straightforward, and we got a good deal. The easiest and quickest experience I've had buying a vehicle, and I’ve bought several. Thad was our salesman, and he was laid back in a good way. We did not feel pressured. Thad fully explained all of the features of our new vehicle and helped us get the Toyota app going. Great experience at Chatham Parkway.

Marcus was absolutely wonderful. We went in, told him what we would like, and he found the perfect Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited for us. The car came in super fast and he worked with us when we had a family emergency come up the day we were supposed to pick it. This is the second Toyota we bought from here and will be back if we ever want to purchase another vehicle.

Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly. I purchased a car 3 months ago and came for routine maintenance. The staff makes us feel welcome. My son loves balloons and every time we have visited, he got to leave with a balloon. His smile says it all.

Earnest a good dude for real, he cool. The communication wasn’t all the way there. It felt hard to get ahold of him, and understand him over text; but when I talked with him over the phone it was all love and felt like he was genuinely trying to look out for me. I had my car towed there in need of a new engine. I wasn’t expecting to get it back for like 3-4 weeks, but they took care of me in like 2 weeks flat. So the service was nice and quick plus they even detailed the car for me. I only got my car back a day ago, so I’m a little hesitant to write this. But at the same time it feels like a brand new car and I’m extremely satisfied so I’m just gonna send it. Big shout out to all the techs in there, they did a great job. Also thank you Earnest for making this a smooth experience. I would 10/10 come back and recommend AutoNation Hyundai.
