The housing experience and service attitude in this apartment are very good! I have lived here for about half a year, and the house was very clean when I moved in. Some of the small problems we reported when we were looking at the house were also solved before we moved in. Their staff were very friendly and solved the problems quickly. The whole environment of the community is very comfortable. It is close to Kroger and some restaurants, so it is very convenient to travel.

I've lived here for 2 years so far. Beautiful spacious apartments and lovely amenities. The parking can be a bit tight depending on the day but overall its a peaceful apartment complex. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 playgrounds for children, and pretty ponds to look at while you walk your dogs. They just did a full repaint of all the buildings on the outside and everything looks amazing!.

Very friendly Staff. Efficient and convenient. Very close to Berwick Plaza. If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend checking this Apt. Complex out to review I think you will agree it would be a great place to live!.

FORDS POINTE APARTMENTS AND TOWNHOMES REVIEWS

I am very happy to live at FordsPointe, the neighborhood is quiet, it has a ton of amenities, pool, business room, exercise center etc, my apartment is spacious, clean, and has a lot of upgrades. The ladies at the front office are always friendly, gracious and so helpful. I’ve had a couple minor appliance issues and they’ve been so prompt to take care of them while also making sure that my fur baby is safe inside. They’ll even put my packages inside my door if they arrive when I’m not home. If you’re looking for a quiet family environment to live in, this is the right place. A stone throw away from the 95 and 16 .. Just a few minutes from Savannah proper.

We enjoyed our consultation with Tori Toro! She was so patient and understanding with us and went out of her way to accommodate our needs.We eventually moved forward with a different property but we highly recommend Fords Pointe and the staff in your search for a new home!.

Leasing of Office team is amazing! They are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my experience enjoyable.

PARKSIDE AT THE HIGHLANDS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Gorgeous complex, superb management and excellent maintenance. I never once received any notices nitpicking me to death as I had in my previous apartment back in New Jersey. Spacious and loaded workout facility, relaxing pool, and reliable climate control within the apartment itself. The only reason I am moving out is because I am moving in with my girlfriend, otherwise I'd stay right here. Glad I got opportunity to see it in the snow! Short driving distance from several shopping centers and restaurants, a theater and a bowling alley, liquor shops and so on. Enjoyed going on a stroll along the wide, well maintained sidewalks as well. Living here has made me feel like I could breathe again; I can't recommend it highly enough.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen when I was looking to apply here. She is very kind and makes sure you feel welcome, she was also very helpful and thorough when it came to breaking down all the payments. She was very patient and responsive with my application and we spent a couple days on my documents to make sure I was approved. She went out of her way and above and beyond to help me out. Lots of gratitude towards her!.

Best in the area! The office and maintenance staff are always so kind arlnd hard working! The pool and gym are always kept so clean! I highly recommend living at Parkside. We live in a 3 bedroom apartment and it is so spacious and the management team always hosts the best resident events. Not to mention best places to take pictures.
