Building with Cal Rowles and Alair Homes was a true first-class experience. Cal helped us with the initial design process to create our dream home and make it a reality. He walked us through each phase of the project and communicated daily with us to make sure that we were all on the same page. It was a pleasure to visit their office. This was our family home. We were the original family Ralph Cross Bevill and Mrs. Maggie J. Bevill from 1940s until the 1960s. My grandfather was on the police force of Savannah and I’m very proud of them. Many lovely memories in this home. 3 generations. Leslie Bennett (daughter) Joyce Bennett (Leslie’s mother & 2nd daughter to Ralph Cross and Maggie J. Bevill.) Reid Bennett (Grandson to Joyce Bennett son to Leslie Bennett.

KONTER QUALITY HOMES REVIEWS

Konter Quality Homes stands behind their product! As a builder, they provide a 2-10 warranty. Part of that warranty includes 1 year coverage on workmanship in the home. I had a small issue within the first year and Konter sent someone out quickly to resolve the issue. A year and a half later, the same issue was occuring and I contacted Konter Homes. Even though I was out of my 1 year warranty, Konter sent multiple people out again to make sure the issue was fixed for good. They did so without any issue or arguing. I am thankful that they stand behind their product and put their own name behind it!.

Excellent homes and service. As with all new homes there were minor issues upon completion of the build. Konter was quick to respond and timely to correct. Highly recommend.

Working with Michele. She's like a family member when she comes to the house.. sweet and bubbly!.

America's Home Place built us a wonderful Home. People stop me in the yard and tell me how beautiful my Home is. The staff was fantastic. From start to finish They kept me updated and always answered any questions I had. I really enjoyed the process. A friend asked if I would build again or buy a completed Home. I told him that I would definitely build with America's Home Place again. We got to pretty much pick out everything about our home, from wall Placement to colors etc. Anyone who is thinking of buying a home should go see the friendly people at AHP. See what they can do for you before you spend a lot of money for something you may not be completely happy with.

From the very start America's Home Place has provided excellent service. They are very friendly and provide quick responses to questions and concerns. AHP is extremely customer focused and a pleasure to work with on building my custom home. I would highly recommend America's Home Place.

The staff and Gerald Manager were very informative in picking all our choices for our new home. Kim our sales rep was always ready to help us with any last minute changes and we love how streamlined the process was. We can’t wait to see the finished product.
