The location was great with the proximity to the historic downtown and the river walk. (However, the traffic was pretty bad.) I had emailed the hotel (through their page) with a question prior to arrival, but I never got a response, so I suggest taking that down from the website if it is not monitored. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was comfortable and very nice. The one thing I didn't like was that I could not find a map of the hotel. I tried the large display screen on the lobby floor, and I tried scanning the QR code and looking on my phone. I wish the pool wasn't closed for repairs at the time I was there, and I think pools should stay open until at least 11 pm, not 10. The food and beverages that were served for my conference's group were excellent! But I really want to commend the hotel staff. All of the people I encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. The seemed to take pride in their job, and it looked like excellent customer service was their main goal.

The Hyatt is expensive for parking and additional destination charge but the location is excellent. And cocktails from the bar is great and you can take it to go while you walk down the street. Had a great time and staff from. Front desk, housekeeping to parking attendees were so friendly with their southern charm. Definitely worth a quick getaway and if it's too hot outside enjoy their AC lounge that looks over the river. Centrally located to restaurants.

Great hotel! Perfect location when exploring Savannah. The employees were all so kind. The bathroom also never ran out of hot water, which is a plus! Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location it looks over the river from your balcony. The best part was every morning we had breakfast in their breakfast area and although when we walked in the greeter wasn't the most helpful MS. Vakeshia in the breakfast area was the best she was so sweet and nice helped us so much but she just really made it such a pleasant start to my day every morning so happy I got to meet her. I also enjoyed the restaurant my daughter loved their kids meal the fries were so good and the young lady who helped us two night im not sure how to spell her name she was from Bali and my daughter loved her she was so sweet and helpful.

This hotel is even better once you arrive. It's out the way, but it's easy to get to everything. Love the river walk and the room was fit for my wife and 2 kids(with little help of the extra bed they delivered to my room). Needless to say, we are enjoying our stay.

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed breakfast at Blue, where Keisha and Simone took excellent care of us 2 mornings straight. They made our trip better by being so friendly and efficient.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Dana, the concierge, went above and beyond to take care of us and the breakfast service was unlike anything I’ve had at a hotel before. Aside from a history lover’s dream come true, the rooms were clean, and the service really made the stay: from the sweet ladies running breakfast to the charming elderly lady serving us wine during the free entertainment center it was perfect. Bistro 45 had a delicious dinner menu too… highly recommend the steaks. Thanks for making an already charming trip to Savannah that much better.

My mom and I did a mother daughter trip 6/12-6/16 2025. We had a great experience at The Marshall house! The servers at breakfast were wonderful. The gentlemen who open the door for you make you feel special. The front desk staff was always friendly. Loved the happy hour/entertainment.

My husband and I just got back from our first stay at The Marshall House. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the wine and cheese reception while listening to some great music, and the breakfast was very convenient. We will definitely be back.
