Great staff and great beds! The sales people are very professional and very knowledgeable. They have helped me pick out a bed, accessories, and were always available to answer questions. I encourage you to try out ALL the beds in the store so you can choose your bed wisely. Ask every question that comes to mind. There are no dumb questions. Also look at the accessories like sheets and pillows and ask questions about those too. You will need them if you buy a sleep number bed. Again, there is no such thing as a dumb question. They are happy to answer your questions as they come to mind.
