The La-Z-Boy in Chandler has been my go to store for years when I want a good quality piece of furniture, although they have so much more when it comes to home decor. As always, I was welcomed by the sales person as if we were long time friends. The person who assisted me was genuinely helpful and had the end goal of making sure I found exactly what I wanted and that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Again, the quality is excellent and the pricing competitive, especially during one of their sales. I absolutely love this store and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for lasting quality in home decor, as well as great service, and a wide range of styles to suit a variety of people! Thank you La-Z-Boy for continuing to provide good old fashion quality items and excellent customer service, both are rare these days.

I love La-z-boy. The majority of my furniture has been purchased from them. Their sales reps are always helpful, never pushy or hovering and always very patient—believe me when I say “patient” as I’m picky and no walk in the park with my endless questions. Stopped in today to purchase a couch and was assisted be Keegan. He was top shelf—knowledgeable, honest, attentive, personable…if you stop in, I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience working with Misti at the Chandler La-Z-Boy store. I was with my 91 year old mother-in-law needing a reclining chair. Misti assisted us with getting a wheelchair and pushed my mother-in-law around showing her a variety of chair options. Misti was patient and explained how each electronic reclining chair worked. Misti demonstrated excellent customer service skills and I recommend her!!
