The showroom was lovely. Within minutes we were in the hands of a knowledgeable sales associate who immediately showed us the bed we had seen on line and were interested in purchasing. He confidently answered numerous questions concerning the product and the store's financing options. The manager and Josh worked together to get us a great deal on a new mattress and even bed linens to go along with our new bed! We would highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture at Hamilton Place to everyone.

Buying experience was good, delivery was perfect. The delivery personnel were very professional and friendly. We have a very challenging drive that is 400 feet up a steep hill. The driver navigated it with no problem. He is one of the few that has. He is to be commended for his ability and professionalism.

I really appreciated that the sales associate met us at the door, informed us of current sale options, and then pointed us in the right direction so we could browse on our own. He was attentive without being right on our heels the whole time. Great service. Will definitely shop here again.
