The quality and durability are great compared to a lot of other brands! I can typically guarantee that whatever I get from Ashley's is going to last a long time. My saleslady was AMAZING and so helpful, even despite not having a break at all that day (I got there around 5:30 and she had been there since 8 or 9).

From the time we open the door, till the time we left customer service was really good Ms. Janice we really was nice and very helpful. She made the experience very pleasant she let us know about deals and financing plus gave us space to look through the store and make sure we found exactly what fits our taste and budget.
