When shopping for a last minute mattress after Amazon failed to deliver, Ashley Furniture and their representative Rhyne came through and met all of my needs. Rhyne provided all of the answers to the questions that I had about the mattress for which I was shopping and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Given the incredible customer service which I received, in addition to the top notch mattress at a reasonable price, the odds of me returning or recommending this store to others are very likely.

These guys have gone the extra mile to help us out. I live in East Texas and have a daughter moving to Lubbock. Dustin,Ryan, and Ginger worked with me for at least three days over the phone on putting an order together in their store. They did everything in their power to help use out and keep it within our budget. Great group of people!! All I can say is Dallas Metroplex area stores have alot to learm from you all in West Texas! Great Customer Service!

Lovely team. The guy who helped me was kind and very knowledgeable. Helped me find the perfect desk, and didn’t attempt to upsell me. In fact, made sure I got the right piece for the work I’ll be doing, not just something pretty. Will be back!
