We found exactly what we wanted at Furniture Row in Chattanooga, TN! Kaitlyn was a fantastic sales representative! She was very helpful, and most of all, VERY patient with us. She showed us our options and then gave us plenty of time and room to make our decision on what we wanted. She was not pushy at all, but did check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. When we asked about the measurements of the furniture, she was quick to find a tape measure and help us out. She was the best!

Sales staff were extremely helpful and attentive without being pushy or overly eager. The furniture is much more affordable than other stores and I came away feeling like I got someone nice, that I wanted, for a decent price.

Chad was amazing! I was extremely impressed with how he helped me through the whole process. I lost my house due to a fire last June and I was not looking forward to the whole furniture shopping ordeal but Chad really made me feel at ease.
