Pottery Barn

I was looking for drapery for our master bedroom. I went to the store in Stanford. The store manager, George provided the excellent service. He went above and beyond. This was my first time buying drapery and not sure what to look for. He patiently explained all the choices, pro and cons. I finally picked the set I liked. But most of the parts are not in this store. He even went to different stores to pick them up for me!!! I got the set much faster than if I ordered them online. I’m very happy with the purchase. the quality of the products are good. The prices are much lower than the specify store. Thank you George for you excellent service.

Fine furniture. The service/design person was fantastic. She heard what we wanted and researched for it. Lo and behold, she found our desired product. Pottery Barn is just a store but the people working there make it more like a niche shop.

Great collection- staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Only bummer is long ship times but store ppl don’t have much control over it.
