Good Morning - My wife and I love RC Willey and we have been costumers for over 10 years now. I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude and appreciation for Hayley Wyatt who works in the Reno store. I have dealt with her many times over the past couple years and she has always been so helpful and responsive. In addition, her attention to detail and amazing customer service skills have always been top notch. We appreciate Hayley and wish there were more people like her who worked at other stores. Worked with Zach for years at RC Willey and he is hands down most knowledgeable appliance salesperson. He's my go to guy for all of my appliance and TV needs. Straight shooter and wants what is best for his clients. Form high end to rental property appliance replacements he will do his best to help you get what is needed at the right price.

We love RC Willey! We have purchased a lot of furniture and appliances from the last year. There are so many choices and ideas to choose from! Beautiful store! The sales associates are very helpful, but not pushy. When our furniture/appliances were delivered, everything was always handled with care and they treated our home with respect.
