I've had a wonderful experience living at The Vintage. From the spacious floor plans, beautiful interiors, the gorgeous view of the pond, quick turnaround on service request, well kept landscaping, clean property, super friendly staff, coffee machine available 7 days a week (gotta have my mochas ), the awesome super cute resident events and the dog park which includes interactive toys to keep my fur baby engaged, this place should be number one on your list if you're searching for your next home. Love to call this place mine!

This community is wonderful! The mature tress and the beautiful landscape really caught our eye when looking for a place to live. Then we met the staff and knew we found the perfect place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They’ve been doing monthly activities that our family has really enjoyed! We’ve gone to pancake day, free ice cream truck, doggie pool day before the pool closed for the summer (that was our favorite), oh they had a pet photographer to take pics of your pooches, so many fun things! The staff really cares about the families that live in the community and makes it such a wonderful place to call home.

We sold our home and moved in to this community approx. 6 months ago now, as first time renters in this kind of property. We have had a couple maintenance issues submitted in that time. Our duo that have taken care of our unit are Zack and Rich. They are amazing! I am battling breast cancer and have been home the last couple of visits...that's always awkward, for all involved I'm sure! They are ALWAYS polite, efficient and informative. I listen to them working together, and it's very collaborative and respectful from the one teaching to the one learning. I know if I need something fixed they will be here to do it, taking some stress off my shoulders. Much appreciate them and our beautiful community!!!!

Five-star customer experience with the front office before we've even moved in. Lynsey took incredible care of us throughout the miraculous 24 hour approval process. ( Not only was she knowledgeable and informative, but she did so with a lovely demeanor and a warm smile. From a walk-in, impromptu tour of a unit to communicating with colleague, Joyce, about our application (there was other interest in the same unit so Joyce followed up same day to ensure we completed our app in a timely manner!) these ladies were professional to the max. Also the grounds of the property are well maintained and the unit interiors have been recently remodeled; the kitchen is particularly lovely with beautiful countertops and appliances. Thank you, Element, we are so excited to settle in to our new home!

Amazing leasing management staff here. Very friendly & easy to approach. Lyndsey really took a huge weight off my shoulders when I was stressing about finding a new home. One of my favorite features is the dog park located inside of the apartments quad. Awesome place dog friends interact. I love the how dog friendly the element apartments are.

Marylou was supper outgoing and friendly! She is very easy to talk to. She gave me a tour seeing the 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms. Very nice! I really liked the layout of the apartments. very quiet, and the place had a positive vibe.
