This jeweler is amazing! The quality is impeccable and their service is top notch. My family has been going to them for 40 years. Personally, I cannot say enough good things about them. They also have a wide variety of turquoise, which I love. They are honest, friendly and patient… regardless of the amount you are spending. If you are looking for a good jeweler, I highly recommended them.

I stopped in to see their southwest jewelry and to see if they could resize a Zuni ring I bought many years ago. Along with the resizing I was so impressed by the southwest jewelry I bought a ring for myself and some earrings for my wife. Their southwest jewelry was high quality and beautifully displayed. The service was outstanding. I dealt with several of the sales reps and they were warm, friendly and very personable. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitely go back again next time I’m in Reno.

Michael & Sons is the only place I would trust with any repairs to my jewelry. Their service always exceeds expectations. Recently, I had them weld my wedding band to the engagement ring and they had it ready for me in just a few days, so that was nice. The people are so nice and pleasant to work with and I never mind having to wait a few minutes because their store is so fun to window shop in!

These guys are amazing so i keep coming back!! They gave my original wedding ring, the fairy, a bright background with stones that i love! they recently designed and hand engraved my husbands band that he absolutely loved! Lastly, they redesigned my diamond to be light, smooth and still keep its sparkle! They added the perfect color accent i wanted too! Thank you so much guys!! You are great!!!

I worked with Britten Wolf to create a custom wedding band and what I have received is beyond perfect. Not to mention working with anyone at BVW jewelers is a pleasure- everyone is so kind and willing to help. I selected this jeweler based on the wonderful reviews when I was looking to have a custom ring designed for my daughter. I was using various stones and gold that had been my mother’s. Working with Andrew was a joy and I gave the ring to my daughter this weekend. We are so pleased with the result and will be back for appraisals and redesigning additional heirloom pieces.
