I shopped at Palace Jewelry this past weekend and had a fantastic experience! I purchased a few items, and my sales associate, Carmen, was amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Sam was great as well, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

What an amazing experience and place to shop for your jewelry needs! I was immediately greeted by Johnny and Carmen. These two made me feel so welcome and at home. Best customer service in town! Best jewelry in town. They have amazing jewelers. Feels like a custom high end jewelry store! Highly recommended .

Ryan Harley is the most dedicated employee at Palace jewelry & loan. He has consistently gone above and beyond every single time I've dealt with him! He is basically the only reason I ever even go to pawn or sell anything at that shop. Make sure to ask for Ryan when you stop in!.

Every employee I’ve dealt with like *Connie and *Kristen have been absolutely great, they are respectful, informative, positive and welcoming, this business is and has been very helpful when I had nowhere else to find a solution. In the past and more so nowadays to find a business in any field where you find employees that exhibit the values of respect, helpfulness and decency to customers like I have at MetroPawn 50 E Grove St Reno, Nv. is harder and harder to find. I would like to point out that any business that have employees, especially employees that are the first one a potential customer comes in contact with, is a company’s greatest asset, not any other physical asset like the building, or advertising and marketing, etc. will ever be more important to a business as a individual human person employee. So I sincerely thank the employees and to the owner of this company I recognize to have employees like you have, comes from yourself having respect, integrity and decency. You can tell by a Businesses employee’s, a owners respect.

My husband and I came Into your shop on our travels. We were just passing thru town. Justin was accommodating and very handsome, I appreciated his willingness to show me everything I wanted to see. And Brittany was beyond helpful. We are definitely stopping by the next time we are in reno.

Truly very happy with my recent purchase of a MacBook Pro. Angel was a great and extremely helpful with our purchase. I absolutely recommend Metro Pawn, and I’ll definitely be visiting Angel and his helpful crew in the future.

I’ve been buying and receiving loans here at least 10 yrs. Great deals. Employee Kat oddly for Pawn Shop has devoted customers. Myself, a few friends, and people I’ve met there come because they trust and like her. Maribel is amazing as well. Latest purchase. Last TV was still working great but I upgraded to this one. It’s excellent.

I love this place got a great deal on a PlayStation four and tv my wife buys a lot of movies to. the people are really friendly and helpful.

The attendant working was very prompt finding and returning my valuables. I would recommend Super Pawn to others.
