Team was absolutely phenomenal. This is the first time I had to take my car in due to damage from an accident and although the accident was an unfortunate situation, the team and crew here was amazing, kind, and efficient! Would 110% use this crew again for any future work (if need be). I appreciate all your guys’ hardwork and dedication! They finished before the estimated completion date! Car looks brand new.

Very impressed on the outcome of the work. The communication from Hossein is a 10. He keep me posted on the status of the repair. He give me an estimated date but it was done way ahead of the schedule. I needed the truck on a specific date and he made it happen. Again thank you caliber collision team.

The bumper was split and the condenser was bent. Parts got replaced and this is how it looks now. I’m very happy with how it came out. New condenser and new bumper. The car looks great. The 2018 Volkswagen Beetle is one of the best cars ever built.

I found Fix Auto when I was in a bad accident several years ago. My car ended up being totaled out so no work was needed at that time. With that said, the staff was extremely accommodating in helping me gather my things. They worked with my schedule further when I left something behind afterwards. Fast-forward to just recently when I was rear ended. I chose Fix Auto to do the work on my vehicle, but again, it was judged as a total loss. Though no work was needed, once again, Fix Auto took me through the entire process in detail and worked with my schedule so I could empty out my vehicle. The staff is amazing. I have no doubt that if I had to get bodywork done, they would do an amazing job. I will absolutely choose them if I need body work in the future. They always answer your call, they always make you feel welcome, and they always treat you like a friend. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

My car was hit in a parking lot and I was devastated. Fix Auto Reno got me in in a timely manner. They worked well with my insurance. They were super professional and courteous. They finished my car up quickly. And, they even let me come in early on a Monday morning so I could get my car and get to work on time. Not to mention, they did an AMAZING job and my car looks brand new!! I wouldn't hesitate using them again. Thank you Fix Auto Reno.

I took my car here after my neighbor backed into it and I loved the service! My car came out looking amazing and they fixed her as soon as they could. It takes a while to be able to get your car in since they are booked but they are pretty booked for a reason. They are really good with great customer service and great with repairing, 10/10 recommend!
