My husband and I had been shopping for a mattress for a while, we saw the commercial and decided to go to Sierra Mattress Co. and we are sure glad we did. Not only is it a locally owned business, they also have the best price for the mattress we wanted! They were not like the pushy sales people we encountered at other “big box” stores which is why after shopping a few other places we went straight back to purchase our mattress from them! They even included the delivery and took our old mattress with no delivery fee. The wear house is clean and inviting and they have a large selection of all the top rated mattresses! Setup was fast and Matt went through the operation of our new Split-King bed, Doing business with a locally owned company gave us the feeling they cared about our needs and not just a sale. hey were very friendly and took the time to help me find a mattress that fitted my needs and was within my budget. They also assured me I was getting a good discount which I managed to confirm after doing my own research into the mattress I was looking at. Delivery was included and they took my old mattress as well. Would recommend to anyone in the local area.

What a wonderful experience! Everyone here was delightful. Took their time with my Daughter and I. Even let us just lie on the bed we were buying through the entire purchasing transaction. I can't say enough about these beds. They are awesome sales people here. No pressure at all & they make sure you understand what each bed on display consists of and how they work. She answered all our questions. It was an awesome experience for my Daughter and I. I just had spinal neck surgery & cannot wait to get mine! A little backed up with all the San Diego cargo unfortunately. Not much they can do - but I will have it by Christmas any way! I always avoided places like this because I thought there would be the normal salesperson pressure. After reading all the great reviews etc., I decided to check it out. You can't beat a 15 year warranty on a bed! I should have done this years ago! They accommodated me with easy financing that I was thrilled with. I spoke to a couple while there that had there's for over 13 years and just loved their sleep number - were ready for a brand new modern one. Highly recommend! I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received walking though the front door of Sleep Number!! Andrea was great she greeted us upon entry and got us on beds and trying things out immediately. The store was very clean, super organized, and overall very nice. Loved the customer service and all the information I received and fell in love with the mattress. I spent more then I planned but I have no regrets. Delivery is set for next week and I was helped by Gus very nice young man.
