Value City Furniture

I purchased a sofa with a chaise and ottoman from Value City Furniture. My sales associate was Valerie Dunnigan. There wasn't any annoying sales pressure. She provided me with the information I needed to make my decision and the checkout process was easy and fast. They contacted me several times before my delivery date to confirm my order and to confirm my delivery date. On the date of delivery, I was informed by text and by phone that the guys where on their way. The delivery guys where nice and efficient and wore masks. They were in and out in no time with no issues. So far I am loving my new couch.

Honestly we bought a couch about 6 months ago and today I went in for a power lift recliner and made a purchase on the spot. The salesman was nice and it was rather smooth. I tried going to Ashley's earlier in the day and the gentleman honestly a.) Didn't have a selection on the floor b.) Kept telling me to give the $1,600 chair a chance not to mention I thought it was ugly (personal opinion) so I was extremely happy to go back to VCF for another purchase within a year.

Our salesman Spoon was awesome! He treated me and my family with the upmost respect and made our furniture buying process as smooth as possible. If you need anything from Value City, Spoon is the best in the business. I’ll be sure to continue business with all future purchases.
