I was impressed with their way of keeping me informed about when they would be at my house, the bio with a picture of my technician and timely response to my needs. My technician, Sam Mathis was Great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and did a great job explaining what needed to be addressed to get my garage door fixed. I will definitely call them again if I ever need any repairs on my garage door in the future.

Precision Garage Door of Des Moines has taken great care of us again. Using the online scheduling we had a same day appointment. Kyle was prompt and very helpful. We discussed what was going wrong with the garage door and after inspection he made recommendations that included low cost, middle and top of the line. There was no pressure at all. Sam Mathis replaced my garage springs and shaft on 3/12/24. He was on time, professional & explained everything I needed to know, including the price.
