Excellent!! I was contacted shortly after my request for service, and my appointment was scheduled to accommodate my availability. I was informed who would be handling my spring replacement by name, and was notified when he was on the way. My tech was personable, polite, very knowledgeable, worked quickly, effectively and safely. He answered all of my questions and once the replacement was completed, he went over maintenance to keep my garage door working well for the long term. Thank you Neil M. for your excellent work. RCS Garage Tech was very professional. He did a thorough inspection and explained the damage that needed to be be repaired. The representative was able to get me rescheduled for today. Thank you!
