Awful experience! I got only headache out of visit to the store. I liked a shirt that was not alliable in the size that I wanted. They had buy one get 50% of deal going on. I picked another shirt. At the end they ordered the wrong shirt online. We returned to the store to point it out. They called their support to cancel the order but since the order was placed under 2 hours it was not showing in the system. I was told that they call me in the morning to process order conformation. Nobody called me. When I called customer service I was told that the order was already processed. The only thing they can do for me is to give me free shipping on the next order and free return. Great all I got at the end out of the visit to the store is huge headache and a t-shirt that I didn't really want. PS Phone customer service is not that great. However David and Michele did all their best to fix the issue and make sure I am happy and satisfied.

I am so impressed with the Boxlunch store at Chandler Fashion Center, my son misplaced his giftcard and realized he may have dropped it at Boxlunch. I called them to keep an eye out for it. They called me at the end of the business day as they've found the giftcard while cleaning. I appreciate your help! The staff at this location are always helpful. Great Job Boxlunch! Love all your products

BOX LUNCH? More like Nerd Box. A great place to nerd out. Decent prices and a friendly staff. Definitely would come here if you are a geek or otaku. They have an awesome sailor moon selection too.
