The best place to get personalization for gift items. They have an online website on which you can place the order and pickup at this outlet. All items are not present available for pickup but most are. The staff is helpful and very accommodating. Do recommend for any personalized stuff.

Erin was Extremely helpful during my first visit to the Newport Mall Things Remembered location. I needed to get a same day engraving service done for a gift and she was able to complete the service within 30 minutes! My husband loved the engraving on his gift!

Great place for those personalized gifts. Every time there is something new! I still have a bracelet from Valentine's that is 8 yrs old and still looks great.
