Love Orange Theory! Great coaches and variety of workouts. Challenging, but doable for anybody. Highly recommend trying it out!!
Love, love, LOVE the coaches! They encourage, guide, and befriend you as you strive to reach your goals. Varied routines keep the workouts from becoming tedious. I really look forward to the daily challenges.
I live in Texas and visit over 15 different OTF during a year as I travel for business. If you get a chance to take a class from Connie or Becky you will love this studio. This OTF is really well run.
