We are immensely grateful to the great people at Adair Homes who have made our home building journey an excellent experience. We are currently working with Adair Homes to build our custom home. Throughout the custom design process, our design counselors, Justina and Branden were immensely patient and took great care with superb attention to detail. Justina consistently took the time to explain tradeoffs and considerations for design adjustments with several revisions, materials and color selection for finishes throughout the home. She was always courteous and clear at every stage. Branden was very responsive to our color selection change requests and provided exceptional service with meticulous attention for details. Adam, our project administrator helped us understand the permitting process and is always prompt and clear with his responses to our emails. He coordinated with the city to obtain approvals for the various permits required for our home construction. He worked diligently through several revisions to the plans as the city requested some adjustments. His experience and proactive approach made this process smooth and simple for us. Thank you Adair for bringing together such an exceptional home building team!.

Visited Adair homes with my husband in North Valley and had the best experience ever!!! Homes were beautiful and we were surprised at the value you get for the price. Attention to detail was very very evident in these homes. Laura McGill, our counselor was an absolute delight!!! We felt like we got a hundred percent of her attention, she wasn't rushed and gave us excellent info on the home we liked as well as the area, as we are moving here from out of town. 5 stars.

Adair Homes has an amazing custom home building model that makes it attainable for many more buyers in the marketplace looking for their next home. Their plans are fully customizable and affordable without compromising on quality. We are currently working with Adair Homes for our next home, and so far our experience has been better than expected. Carolyn is super responsive and available to answer our questions and guiding us along the way, and Scott thus far has also been great in meeting with us at our land to walk us through the next steps. As a Realtor myself, I find myself recommending them to clients as another option that they themselves didn't even know they had. I'm excited to show off our new Adair home in the near future!.
