BROOKDALE CENTRAL PARADISE VALLEY REVIEWS

Staff were always very kind to our family when we visited our aunt. The residents seemed happy, and they had cute little dogs on leashes. The main front staff member, Shelly, was so kind, warm, and courteous. No matter what the challenges with older people, she always maintained her poise and professionalism. The nursing staff were courteous also. I am not sure if they were overworked, but if they are, management should hire more.

My mother-in-law recently decided that she wanted to move back to AZ, so we researched senior communities that might be a good fit for her. I was VERY impressed with the speedy responsiveness, thorough follow-up, and overall EXCELLENT customer service that I received from both Kevin Pugh and Wesley Wilkins! They went "above & beyond" as they answered our many questions, arranged video tours, and found an affordable apartment and level of care that would be just right for her. We were also impressed with the number of tenured employees at this community who are truly passionate about taking care of the residents' needs. I highly recommend this community.

I love the family environment. Staff was so inviting when i toured the facility. Mom is happy she got a two bedroom unit so she can still do her art. She also gets to visit all the pets that are in there.

AVISTA SENIOR LIVING NORTH MOUNTAIN REVIEWS

My name is George and I have lived at Avista North Mountain for 2 years. It is the best assisted living that I have been at and I have lived at 4 other assisted living facilities. Avista is more like a family than staff separated by residents. The team is professional, courteous, and kind.

My mom lives here and we are so happy with her care here. She has lived in a couple of other facilities in town and she really disliked them for whatever reasons, but she is nice and chill here and loves the staff. Yes it looks a little funky in places, it’s a typical older Phoenix building and to be expected with the price point. They have a super beautiful gazebo outdoors for residents to enjoy the weather. Def recommend.

When the people you care about the most reach the place in their lives where they’re not able to do things on their own, it can be an extremely sensitive & nerve-racking thing choosing a place that can help to take care of them. I have had zero complaints with any of the staff or care that we have experienced. One member that stands out to me is Rob. He’s always been incredibly kind and gracious to me and my family since day one. Glad to know him, and glad to know my family is in good hands!

Have had the good fortune to be a resident here for over 3 years. So many great people as residents and as Staff. The Staff makes our life better and sincerely care about the residents. Having our Bistro is wonderful. When you do not want to make a meal….grab your breakfast, lunch or dinner from the Bistro! Life is good at The Palazzo.

Been living here about two and a half years now and have to say hats off to whoever does the hiring. Just a terrific group of caring, capable, and friendly people who look after us and make it fun to live here. Sure, anyone can have a bad day for unknown personal problems, but that's the rare exception. And I am not a person who hesitates to call out sub-standard performance. These folks deserve their 5 stars.

The most beautiful Active Adult Community in Phoenix, AZ. So many happy residents that love thier home and community at The Palazzo. They were all enjoying Bingo, the Gym and yoga, social hour with friends while having a glass of wine.
