Helga was absolutely amazing today. She took the time to look up my receipt day by day in the system since I lost it and my phone number was not in the system. She was patient, kind, and so helpful. Had a wonderful experience today. Came in with a picture of tiles I needed to replace, and I could not have been more pleased with the service. Mr. Jesus gave me he had great knowledge of exactly where everything was, was extremely friendly, quick, and even helped load everything into my car.

This is the second time I've hired Empire to do flooring in my home. The first time Empire completed carpeting and laminate in a 2,000 sq ft house. An excellent job and experience! When it came time to redo the floors in my 1,100 sq ft manufactured home, I called on Empire again. The sales person, Sadie, was highly professional and reviewed product and financial options with me. I chose the wood laminate I liked, and crews arrived the very next day to begin the work. Highly professional and competent, the crew of 4 men took out the carpet, sanded the subfloor, made the minor repairs necessary and began to lay the new floors. Working for almost 10 hours straight, this professional crew stayed at it until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The crew chief, Jesus, kept me informed continually, making sure I knew of issues as they arose, and seeking my opinions on resolving those issues. A truly great experience. When all was done, and the complete cleanup was accomplished, I had the floors that I wanted and love. Having had two extremely great experiences with Empire, I would not hesitate to recommend Empire to anyone seeking professional floor care.

What a wonderful experience! From the sales appointment to install my experience was 5 stars. Empire kept me in the loop every step of the way. My sales guy and installers were amazing. We had to have everything ripped out and then all the new laid. This was for my entire home. To say I was nervous is an understatement. I was informed every step of the way. The installers who I spent 5 days with were amazing! They were professional, polite, respected my house, and when they needed something or wanted to ask me something they consulted with me. We even had some good laughs along the way. My flooring came out beautiful! From beginning to end I have nothing but good things to say.
