I took my wedding set to be cleaned and rhodium plated. They now look brand new. I had two loose diamonds put into simple classic mountings so I could pass them on to granddaughters in the future. We were customers of Hinrichsen Jewelers for over 20 years. The new owner, Mark, his wife, and staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely be returning for our jewelry needs.

I needed a pendant repaired and my engagement ring to have a small diamond replaced and a routine maintenance. The pricing was reasonable and the service was great. Both my items came back quickly and better than expected. I had taken my ring in with the prior owners and the new owners are just as great! I will continue to use this store when I need my ring to get looked over for maintenance. Both items are as good as new! I definitely recommend!

I have gone to Heinrich’s for all of my jewelry needs since I moved to Arizona…I needed a small gem reset in a small ring so took it to Heinrich’s… they have changed ownership.. Douglas..reset my ring and did a great job. Yes, I would say go ahead and go with Douglas.. I will continue to support them for my jewelry needs.
