3 Best Apartments For Rent in Phoenix, AZ

Just moved in recently but can already tell this is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Quality units at good value, good area and well maintained grounds. Neha who works in the office has been extremely helpful from the initial tour she gave to this day when I may have a question or concern about something. Would highly recommend Cortland Desert ridge.

Great place to live. Beautiful property. Paige, Candice, and Faith are always helpful amd friendly in the office. The maintenance team is amazing too. Very professional and respond quickly.

I am so happy with this complex! 1. Gail and Jessica in the front office were exceptional from the beginning. I am a highly anxious person and kept calling to make sure everything was ready on time, but it was a completely seemless process. I had nothing to worry about because everything was smooth and ready on time. 2. The complex itself is beautiful . Our view is incredible (I can touch a pine tree from my balcony, I have not see this much green in AZ in awhile!). It's quiet and calm. There is a parcel service for my packages, a theater area you can rent, a pool and fitness center. It just feels private. 3. Our apartment is perfect. 1200 SF for an incredible price. The layout is perfect. I love having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit and valet trash pickup! We are on the third floor so we even have 13 ft ceilings. 4. Special shout out to Brian! He works maintenance in the complex and as we were moving in he was walking by and heard us saying I couldn't get the heat to come on. He just helped us on the spot and reset it!! Even checked back on us the next day to make sure it was working. Planning on staying here a long time!.

Compliments to Maintenance workers Robert (plumbing), Brian, and Jeremy (who installed our hot water heater) They did an amazing job and paid attention to detail and did the job correctly. They were all personable and were very nice to visit with while they worked hard. They all had to undo the poor job that was done before on some things in the sinks and bathtub and the hot water heater. Brian was a team player and volunteered to stay and help Jeremy late with the hot water heater without complaints. Then, as we went out of town we had the sealant redone on our bathtub and when we came home it was nicely completed with no dirty traces from the job they did. Super impressed with the maintenance team here and thankful.

Five stars for Brian in maintenance. He responded to our A/C maintenance request in just a couple of hours. We were worried we would have to wait for multiple days since it wasn’t an emergency, but nope! A/C is back up and keeping us cool and our family safe from the heat now that it’s starting to get hot out. He was very personable and explained what was going on with the A/C unit and how he fixed it. Thankful Brian was able to swing by to help so quickly!.
