3 Best Hotels in Phoenix, AZ

First time staying here and it won’t be our last. Our room was so nice and updated. Very clean. The water park was so fun! The lazy river was relaxing and the perfect length with lots of options to get off and on. We rented a cabana and that was so worth it. There were plenty of options to sit around the pool in a lounge chair but the cabana allowed us to sit in comfort while still watching our family a few feet away in the pool. The pool at the water park is shallow so it’s perfect for even the little toddlers. We also enjoyed the pool in the hotel. It had a hot tub and deeper water for more of a swimming experience. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We cannot wait to go back and see already planning a trip again in July.

We stayed two nights at the Hilton Phoenix resort and it was amazing. We're very happy. We'll definitely be coming back. My daughters who who is 10 had a ton of fun in the water park. Ate breakfast at the little cafe. Overall, very impressed with this place. It's definitely a premium experience. I would say the price is pretty good for the quality of this stay.

We had a family reunion at this hotel and had a wonderful time. Derrick at the front desk was amazingly accommodating so that we could get very young travelers to enjoy this beautiful resort as soon as they arrived. Hassan assisted in expediting adjoining rooms with a prompt visit with new room keys and a sincere effort to make sure we had all we needed. The pools and lazy river are gorgeous, clean and the water was a perfect temperature. We spent many happy hours enjoying just being here.

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had just checked into a little slice of luxury. The lobby is stunning, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming—they genuinely seemed happy to be there and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The bed? Absolute cloud status. After a long day of exploring Phoenix, it was the perfect place to crash. And let’s talk about the views—whether you’re looking out over the city skyline or the gorgeous mountains in the distance, it’s a showstopper. I also have to give a shoutout to the dining options. Breakfast at Compass Arizona Grill was phenomenal (pro tip: try the pancakes—they’re next level). The rooftop revolving restaurant is such a unique experience and a great spot to wind down with a drink while taking in the panoramic views. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. It’s right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, so whether you’re here for business, a concert, or just exploring, everything is within walking distance. If you’re on the fence about staying here, just do it. The Hyatt Regency Phoenix has everything you need for a fantastic trip—comfort, convenience, and a team that knows how to make you feel right at home.

In the day and age of post-covid hotel decline, this Hyatt is absolutely amazing! Travelled for business and had several people stay, and all had a great experience. Rooms were clean and spacious, hotel staff was friendly, and the location was perfectly situated in Phoenix. There was even a situation where a guest at one of their bars was being aggressive to others, and they handled it well and kicked him out, apologizing to other guests in the process / protecting other guests. Only thing I suggest is to lower the amount of water softener in the hotel water (showers, sinks, etc.). It almost made the water too soft / feel weird. Otherwise, fantastic stay which is hard to come by now-a-days! 10/10

I look forward to staying at the Hyatt Regency every year for a conference. The hotel is so nice, the staff are great, the omelette station is nice and the rooms are very comfortable. The perfect conference center hotel with lots of luxury.
