HYATT REGENCY PHOENIX REVIEWS
This is a great option if you are looking to stay downtown for business. It's a short walk from the convention center and is surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and entertainment. The main lobby is really nice. They have a small gift shop as well as a little convenient store. They have a nice restaurant you can eat as well. If you are visiting on business there is a nice little business center across the street so you are covered if you need to make copies or send a fax. Overall it's a pretty nice hotel and a great option if you are doing anything downtown.
We stayed here to see some baseball, which is just a few blocks down the street. It is a really great hotel with modern, spacious rooms and thoughts about what people need when staying away from home. I love the extra bathroom in the family suite, the sliding barn style doors, and the bunk bed idea from a pull out couch. but the staff were great and accommodating and sent people to try and fix it, and when that didn't work, they sent a rollaway at no extra charge. I appreciate the extra touches like toothpaste and mouthwash in both bathrooms. This was a nice place to stay and definitely a step up from what we are used to!
This location was amazing, walking distance to so much food and stores. The facility was very clean, quiet, and staff were helpful. but its downtown so what can you do. We ate at the restaurant in the lobby the first night which is the pictures of food I posted. It was really good but they were pretty busy and I didn't like the seat yourself situation because there was 8 of us and all the big tables were taken by groups of 2 and 3. The outside seating was pretty awesome and the fireplace and heaters made it very comfy. I highly recommend this location.

ARIZONA GRAND RESORT & SPA REVIEWS
Very friendly staff, ate at the grill twice and the Mexican restaurant also, food quality and taste is outstanding. Went to the Oasis twice and floated down the lazy river. Felt very hot, but we did not get sunburned. Very convenient bar at the water park. Got lucky with a close parking spot and room close to the water park. Used the Spa also for facials and massages, along with whirlpool tubs and steam room. Might be the cleanest one I have ever used. Prices for food and drink were pleasantly lower than expected, and portion sizes are humongous! Our room was very comfortable and the A/C maintained room temperature.
So I went for a spa day. I spent time at the water park before my spa appointment, it was so much fun. I felt that the drinks were a bit over priced, I had gotten a strawberry lemonade with a Vodka shot and paid $15. The overall experience was fun. The spa was absolutely fantastic, I used the hot tub inside the women's locker room, it was clean and hot and did not smell only of chlorine. I'm the spa waiting area there was cool, refreshing water and nuts to snack on. The couches were so comfortable. I had a Himalayan hot stone massage, my therapist was Patrick he was phenomenal, he was able to help me relax and get all of the soreness out of my back. When I visit Arizona again I will definitely be coming back.
Just as Phoenix is a beautiful city thriving in a desert, this resort is a lovely oasis nestled near the border between two bustling cities. I visited outside of the main tourist season and enjoyed every moment of my stay. I'll limit my comments to what I experienced as an off-season visitor.

HILTON PHOENIX RESORT AT THE PEAK REVIEWS
While I think some of these people have good points that there could be improvements made, my group and I were happy with the place. Well maintained, the staff was attentive when we requested extra pillows and blankets, and the rooms were spacious with great views. Water park and pool was a lot of fun, you didn't feel crammed into a room or right on top of neighbors. Had a good time !
David at the concierge desk was absolutely amazing and he helped us with everything!! Jim at the pool bar was amazing and worked really hard to get everyone with what they needed. The main pool and the water park was awesome. It was pretty empty on the weekdays and then got pretty busy on the weekend. We loved it and will definitely go again.
Last minute booking and we were very pleased with the result. We got upgraded because I was a Hilton member. Excellent room, exceptionally clean, stocked and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. Resort has lot to offer. Totally recommend.
