Hands down the best decision I made going for a new house, by far the best value with the best quality you could possibly find. Carolyn worked with us every step of the way and went above and beyond in helping us design our house. I'm not sure we could have pulled it off with her. In short, if you are looking to buy a house, you are wrong, if you are looking to build but not using Adair, then you're wrong again. Don't be wrong twice, get it right the first time and get the house YOU want instead of just settling for whats on the market. Update will be coming soon.

Visited Adair homes with my husband in North Valley and had the best experience ever!!! Homes were beautiful and we were surprised at the value you get for the price. Attention to detail was very very evident in these homes. Laura McGill, our counselor was an absolute delight!!! We felt like we got a hundred percent of her attention, she wasn't rushed and gave us excellent info on the home we liked as well as the area, as we are moving here from out of town. 5 stars

Adair Homes has an amazing custom home building model that makes it attainable for many more buyers in the marketplace looking for their next home. Their plans are fully customizable and affordable without compromising on quality. We are currently working with Adair Homes for our next home, and so far our experience has been better than expected. Carolyn is super responsive and available to answer our questions and guiding us along the way, and Scott thus far has also been great in meeting with us at our land to walk us through the next steps. As a Realtor myself, I find myself recommending them to clients as another option that they themselves didn't even know they had. I'm excited to show off our new Adair home in the near future!
