America's Home Place - Tallahassee, FL

We are very excited to move into our new home built by America's Home Place! Brian did an extremely excellent job supervising this build, which we greatly appreciate, since we were on the opposite coast during this process. We were kept well informed the entire way and were sent pictures of the progress. Any time we needed answers, Brian and/or the staff were there to quickly assist us. With the time difference, everyone still accommodated us even if it was after hours. Thank you to Brian, Bill, Scott, Amanda, and Kristine. Fine job done by all!!

We had a custom 5br/5.5b house built and I could not have been happier with our experience. Scott and Amanda were extremely helpful at the office, and Brian Wallace (the project manager) was super informative and responsive. It didn't matter if he was working or not, he always responded. We made a couple changes during construction (including, knocking down a wall that was already built) and Brian was always accommodating. He very much treated the build as if it was his own home and saved us money where he could. Despite supply chain issues affecting others, our home was done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend America's Home Place and would use them again.

It is always my pleasure to work with America's Home Place. They are one of our most valuable customers and have been renting our restrooms for many years. the administrative team is always so helpful, polite and always takes good care of us. They pay the invoices on time and we appreciate them very much. If I were going to build a house, i would choose them hands down! We love our relationship with AHP!!!
