Todd and the Avery Properties crew were very responsive to my emails. The job was simple enough to do (essentially cutting a hole in the wall under the staircase to allow access), but even for the small job they were still very professional about it: sending an itemized invoice - which is more than I got from other offers - and having a preconstruction meeting make sure I and the installer knew exactly what was desired. And in the end, the project was completed faster than projected.

We were thrilled with the hardwood floors Avery Properties put down. They did a great job matching the existing hardwood, and did a beautiful job. Having never gone through this process before, Todd walked me through each step of the project. Everyone who visits my home comments on how beautiful the wood floors are, and they're right!
