I wanted to take a moment to publicly thank my builder Benjamin Stout. I purchased my home in September of 2021. As you all probably know, a builder’s warranty is usually for 1 year. As I am approaching 2 years, I noticed an issue with my front door. I texted Ben and sent him pictures just so he could tell me who to contact for me to have it fixed. Needless to say, he sent his team out to fix my door, free of charge, almost 2 years after I moved in. If you see me constantly supporting him and pushing his company, things like this are the reason. He’s compassionate and cares about his buyers. That speaks volumes to me as an agent because I know I can confidently put my clients in his homes, knowing that he doesn’t disregard their concerns. Knowing that even 2 years later, if he can help, he will. Ben, thank you again for being who you are and taking care of your customers

We worked on the lending side for a purchase of a new construction home for a first time home buyer. The transaction was smooth and timely. The transaction staff were able to obtain all new construction documents to as soon as they were available, completely supporting our loan process.
