We have been extremely pleased with PCH. the builder goes the extra mile by offering custom design elements that really make the homes unique. The quality of the work is great. The people have really made this an exceptional experience. I was very impressed with Leslie on the back end of things . She was very responsive and a delight to work with. The project manager, Allen, is incredible. He handles everything and has amazing customer service tact as well. We would recommend this builder as well as use them again in the future.

PCH is a fantastic home building company. The home I purchased is perfectly designed with comfort of living in mind. The attention to detail and extra care placed towards making it also look and feel magnificent, in addition to excellent customer interaction with the future owners, places them above and beyond your run of the mill builders. I had an excellent experience from not only the management of PCH but also the employees and contractors who came to do custom work on the home at my request. All of them are professionals, skilled at their trades, and have genuine care for the quality of their work.
