My One Year Review. Domain homes is a very good quality company to work with. They're building two additional Brand new homes on my block and I run into the manager Al Cabos regularly. Actually we've become friends. He's never in a rush to stop and chit chat and ask about our home. I would definitely recommend Domain Homes to anyone. Keep up the Great Work! Our neighbors keep watch over each other & the entire neighborhood and keep Al posted about deliveries and contractors coming and going. If anyone reading this Review is planning on Building a New Home, look no further than Domain Homes. Lock in your contract as quickly as possible. STAY WELL.

We have just completed building a home in Tampa, with Al Cobos as the construction manager. This wasn't our first rodeo with homebuilding and or renovations, but it WAS OUR BEST EXPERIENCE ever! Mr. Cobos told us at the outset the home would likely take 8 months to complete (it did). NO HICCUPS at all. The best experience we've had with construction. I wouldn't hesitate to use Domain again - especially if Al Cobos is the Construction Manager.

As a realtor, I love the style and design of their homes, and get excited at each opportunity to go to their model home center. Although it’s a little intimidating as all the agents there are just so beautiful, especially Juan Concheiro.
