EPG Homes is currently building out my subdivision. Even though they are not the builders of my home, when one of their subcontractors did some minor damage to my home, even though it was not their fault, they fixed it. My home looks as good as new, if not better. There have also been instances where I've needed some handiwork done around my house and I've used some of their guys, who've done quality work. I would definitely recommend them based on their great customer service and also because of the quality of the homes that they are building in my subdivision.

I found a house plan I really like and discovered that Evan built one of them a couple of years ago. I left a voicemail for him to ask some questions, he texted me right back and once we finally had a chance to speak, he answered all of my questions and got me even more info right away. Wish he built homes in Iowa, as I'd love to work with him further!
