I have purchased two brand new homes from them over the years and can say with confidence they really care. Everyone we came in contact with through out the process was courteous and super helpful. On top of that; the community is beautifully landscaped and maintained, quiet and safe.

Great local Builder north of Reno in Cold Springs. Although the Lots keep getting smaller the quality of the home it's great and the service is great.

The house and community itself are great! But the additional services they provide is not as expected. The regular not fancy blinds cost we paid at the office was $1500 for 7 small windows without a backyard door.
