Went to purchase a new sofa and had a really great experience. Our sales lady Kathryn provided really great service throughout the entire transaction and didn't make my wife and I feel rushed as she let us browse through the store and allowed us to make our selection without feeling like we had buzzard circling our heads. All the staff were very friendly and everyone was more than eager to answer our questions. In the end we found a beautiful new "monster" sized comfy sofa at a great value that we are super excited to put in our home. Well done Mor Furniture and keep up the great work Kathryn, we will be back.

Azim is a wonderful and knowledgeable salesperson with a great attitude and willingness to assist with all questions and furniture needs. He was kind and patient while we walked around in search of the perfect living room set. We found exactly what we wanted with his help, and he could not have done a better job. I’d recommend Mor furniture and Azim to anyone looking for new items for their home.

I hate furniture shopping! Most times you walk into a store and someone is waiting to put on the hard sell or stir you to something they may have an incentive to sell. Not so with this Ashley location. It was a stress free experience and when we were ready to get serious about a purchase Austin was there to guide us. Once he knew what we were looking for he pointed us to several good options. When we settled on a purchase he guided us through it flawlessly. We’ll be back the next time we’re in the market for some furniture.

Went to Ashley store in Reno to find specific chair I had seen on-line. Nick greeted me right away & took me straight to it. He did an excellent job clarifying available color choices and other details. We had a great time chatting about Reno & furniture.
