My husband and I worked with Marks-Woods in 2020. They completed a large interior renovation that included creating an open concept kitchen/living/dining room area and building a new powder room on the first floor and updating our primary bath on the second floor. We were super impressed with Greg when we met with him for our proposal meeting. The design manager kept us in the loop during the entire pre-design process and the project manager was always available to answer questions when they arose during construction. We had a slight delay due to a tile we loved being discontinued, but they were quick to select alternatives that we actually ended up liking even better. They did a great job and I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

Marks-Woods did a fantastic job on our recent home renovation project! This is the second remodel we've done on our home. We went with a smaller, less expensive company the first time around and needless to say, we got what we paid for. For our second remodel, we refused to go through the same headaches and looked for a full service general contractor. We got proposals from several companies, but none of them compared to the level of detail we received from Marks-Woods. That level of detail continued throughout the whole project. Their interior designers did a great job selecting materials that reflected my aesthetic. They showed me exactly what it would look like in detailed drawings and renderings. The construction team brought their design to life down to the smallest detail. Drew was a great Project Manager and kept us in the loop the entire time. We couldn't be happier with the final result and will use them again for any future projects!!

Marks-Woods Construction just finished a multi-part project on our home including a full kitchen remodel, adding a full bath and storage area to our basement, a mudroom addition and a portico. The design process at the beginning helped to expand on our initial ideas and Danielle was great at offering suggestions that we never would have thought of. This step saved us time and helped us avoid regrets we would have had without having Danielle's expertise. Greg did a nice job working though the architectural details and permitting. Our project manager was Drew and he was great to work with throughout the entire process. We had an issue with our backslash and he worked with the supplier to replace it with something more in line with our expectations. Despite a variety of projects, we had a consistent crew with dependable, courteous workers who always created a great end product and kept work areas clean. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future renovations.
