Our entire experience with Owen Homes truly has been a positive one. We are not only happy with the final product (we think our home is beautiful!) but we also had an incredibly positive building experience. While life has happened along the way causing some bumps and mishaps, Luke and his team have gone out of their way to not only make things right, but also to make sure we are happy and taken care of. We really can't say enough good things about De Andre, Soren, Charielle and Luke and the ways they have responded to our needs and concerns every step of the way.

We moved into our home 3 months ago but our journey started 5 years ago when we bought the land and I immediately evaluated floor plan after floor plan across several different websites taking into consider where our house would sit and the views we wanted. About two years ago we did a ‘cold call’ and walked into Owen Homes and never looked back. We met Charielle on that first visit, worked with Luke for months on design, and then finally got to the point we were ready to build. There was no pressure. All pricing was very up front. Any questions I had or changes requested were never met with a sigh, but DeAndre would immediately say “let’s take a look.” We are so grateful we worked with Owen Homes. Just tonight we had people over and someone commented- “You can just tell how well thought out this is. It’s so you.” I can’t thank them enough for making our vision a reality.

Owen Homes built our home in 2017 and finished our basement in 2020. We have been very happy with both projects and would recommend Owen Homes to family and friends. We appreciate their responsiveness when we have questions, and their pricing has always been upfront and reasonable. We would not hesitate to use Owen Homes in the future. Thanks!
