We stumbled upon Starwood a couple years ago when a friend recommended them as the #1 builder in AZ. We were so happy with the service we received from the moment we made the phone call with Mark, to the amazing team we were given to complete our home. Jason, Stacey and David were all phenomenal to work with. We developed such an easy rapport with them, that I can truly call them family. Every detail of our home was addressed in a timely manner and the strenuous nature of building a custom home was made seamless by Starwood’s experience in the business. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly we were able to move into our dream home, given the delays during the pandemic; but our project managers were exceptional at finishing the job. We love our home so much that we have already recommended Starwood to several friends. We are grateful to have chosen Starwood as our builder and truly are blessed to live in our beautiful home!

Starwood Custom Homes built me an amazing home! I had never built custom before and was a bit nervous, but they made the experience very easy and fun. I would definitely recommend them! Their attention to detail, customer service, and willingness to make things right when I was not satisfied with something, made this journey very pleasant. Was everything about the process problem free? Absolutely not, BUT, when a company will bend over backwards to make it right.....you know you have a winner! There's nothing more you could ask for! Building our first custom home has been an amazing learning experience and Starwood team of professionals guided us starting from design phase all the way to completion. There has been hiccups along the way but the support from the entire team has been outstanding. Jake's always smiling warm personality made us feel like working with an extended family. Roger's nice personality kept us tied to Starwood even though we had other options to choose from. Josh's calm presence, Chris's every minute attention to details and Michael's always present friendly manners and helping hand made our experience an awesome one. Quality of design and build has been outstanding. Apart from some scheduling delay, can not complain much. Kudos to the entire team for building our dream home.
