Our family had the pleasure of working with Stonegate Custom Homes to build our new home in Mount Vernon, IA. We moved in two months ago and could not be happier with the home. Stonegate's years and depth of experience shined throughout the project, from initial designs to finishing details. They clearly communicated price and schedule of major options, so we could prioritize what was important to us. The final sale price was exactly what was originally quoted. We currently live out of state and purchased our new Stonegate Home in October in anticipation of retirement in February. We were immediately impressed with the quality of the home and the professional manner in which we were treated. The home was in the final stages of completion and we made several requests to personalize it. We had to trust that the builder would follow through as promised even though we would not be present. We were not disappointed. Everything we asked for was done, we were kept up on the progress and the builder was very responsive to adjustments we asked for.
