Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort

I accidentally found the hotel after a problem with my original reservation at another hotel, and it turned out to be one of the high points of my trip. The staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were just the greatest people, so friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and functional with our electronic devices. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. I would highly recommend this Crown Plaza property.

Was here for 2 weeks, nice place, great staff, but an extra shoutout to Jim on the cleaning crew who kept an eye open for a nearby laundromat for me! We only interacted briefly a couple of times but I will remember him taking a moment to help a guest, with a smile and even remembering my name. Was here for a work event but will gladly return on vacation some time.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful resort! The location was right downtown Chandler close to everything. Didn't have any issues whatsoever! We enjoyed our stay!
