Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites

Had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. I stayed in the king suite with the jetted tub.The bed was so comfortable, the jetted tub was massive! Room was clean and spacious. The lady who checked me in was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was great, I really enjoyed the many options they offered. Even with some construction going on outside across from my room,the room remained pretty quiet for the majority of the day. I was overall very impressed. This place gained another regular! 10/10

Honestly, I haven't even arrived yet and I am already pleasantly surprised by the customer service! I made a special request on my reservation and within not even 20 minutes I received a message acknowledging and affirming my request! That has never happened before, in any hotel chain. I really appreciated that small gesture. See you next week!

These rooms are over the top nice, very clean and most impressive, our room had a love seat in it. We didn't have to lay on the bed to watch TV. And it had a table & chairs as well. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've had in a very long time. Highly recommended this motel.
