Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate

This hotel stay was almost seamless!! I got to check in and out using the Hilton app & never had to go to the front desk. The breakfast is good, but get there early between the 6a-8a hours, or you'll miss some of the available options as they only restock them a few times once it runs out. The waffles are amazing!! The location is right near the Westgate Entertainment district where there's lots of food and nightlife. Parking is free, but limited so if you plan on coming back to the hotel late, be prepared to park behind the hotel and walk up to one of the side entrances. I got the 1 King size bedroom suite for just me and although the mattress was sort of flimsy, I still got a good night's rest. The pillows were very comfortable!

The property was great, didn’t smell musky. The location was great within walking distance of stores, food and nightclubs. Within walking distance of the State Farm Stadium. Breakfast was great variety of options, they do provide different options, so you’re not eating the same thing each morning. The rooms were nice, housekeeping was amazing. They actually came in cleaned up the rooms tidied them up made the beds. We had some throw blankets. They actually made them nice and neat on the bed to make it look more Homie, which I felt was going above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were clean. Staff was amazing! This was about 20 minutes from hurricane Harbor.

Stayed for military stuff but I have never received such good customer service from any hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel was clean and breakfast was also good. They have complimentary coffee and tea which was also superb. A TV with all the good channels as well.
